Arrival and departure
- Check-in from 14:00, check-out by 12:00.
- Check-in until 22:00. Arriving later? Tell us by WhatsApp beforehand.
- Please return your key at check-out.
During your stay
- No smoking inside the rooms.
- Quiet after 22:00: other guests and our neighbours are sleeping.
- Visitors are welcome in the restaurant and bar, but not in the rooms.
- No pets.
- Please switch off the air-conditioning when you leave the room.
Identity
Cambodian law requires us to record the passport of every foreign guest at check-in and declare it to the immigration authorities within 24 hours.
Damage
Guests are responsible for damage they cause. Tell us if something is broken: it happens, and it is easier to fix together.
