These terms apply to stays booked directly with SAYSABOK — Restaurant & Rooms (website, WhatsApp, Telegram, e-mail or at the reception). If you booked through Booking.com, Agoda, Airbnb or Trip.com, that platform's conditions apply first.
Your booking
- A booking made on our website is a request: we confirm it by e-mail or WhatsApp. It is final once confirmed.
- Prices are per room and per night, in US dollars. The amount in riel is shown for information.
- Each room has a maximum number of guests, shown on its page.
Payment
- You pay at the property: in cash (US dollars or riels), by ABA KHQR or by bank card. KHQR works with ABA and the other Cambodian banking apps.
- We may ask for a deposit for some bookings: long stays, busy dates, or after a previous no-show. The deposit is deducted from your bill.
- You receive an invoice at check-out.
Arrival and departure
- Check-in from 14:00, check-out by 12:00.
- Arriving late? Tell us by WhatsApp so someone is there to welcome you.
- Late check-out may be possible on request, depending on availability.
Identity documents
Cambodian law requires us to record the passport of every foreign guest and to declare it to the immigration authorities within 24 hours of arrival. Please have your passport ready at check-in.
Cancellation and changes

During your stay
Our House rules apply to all guests. Guests are responsible for damage they cause to the room or the building.
Applicable law
These terms are governed by the law of the Kingdom of Cambodia. In case of disagreement, please contact us first: we will always look for a friendly solution.
