What we collect and why
- Your booking: name, e-mail, phone number, dates, number of guests and your requests, to prepare and manage your stay.
- At check-in (foreign guests): passport number, nationality and date of birth. Cambodian law requires us to declare foreign guests to the immigration authorities within 24 hours.
- Your account: if you sign in with Google or Apple, we receive your name and e-mail address (Apple may give us a private relay address). We never see your password.
- Restaurant orders by QR code: the dishes ordered, the table or room, and the first name you choose to give.
- Payments and invoices: amounts, dates and payment method. KHQR payments are processed by ABA Bank: we never see your bank details.
- E-mails: a booking confirmation, a reminder the day before arrival and a thank-you message after your stay. You can unsubscribe from the last two with one click.
Who receives it
- Our team, only for what they need to do their job.
- The Cambodian immigration authorities, for foreign guests (legal obligation).
- If you booked through a platform (Booking.com, Agoda, Airbnb, Trip.com), that platform and our channel manager Beds24, which keeps room availability up to date.

- Our technical providers: OVH (our servers, in France) and Google Workspace (e-mail).
We never sell your data and we do not use advertising trackers.
