How do I book?

Can I cancel?
Yes, free of charge until 48 hours before arrival (14:00). Details in Cancellation and refunds.
How can I pay?
At the hotel: in cash (US dollars or riels), by ABA KHQR or by bank card.
When can I check in and out?
Check-in from 14:00 until 22:00, check-out by 12:00. Arriving after 22:00? Tell us by WhatsApp before you arrive.
Can I arrive earlier than booked?
Yes, if a room is free: the extra nights are added to your stay. Message us to check.
Is there free Wi-Fi?
Yes, in every room and in the restaurant.
Are the rooms air-conditioned?
Yes, every room has its own air-conditioning, and so does the restaurant.
Is there a laundry service?
Yes, just ask at reception.
Where can I park?
Motorbikes can be parked with us. For cars, there is a public car park nearby (not run by SAYSABOK). We can sometimes keep a space in front for a quick drop-off.

Yes, hotel guests or not. Opening hours on the Restaurant page.
Are pets allowed?
No, we do not accept pets.
Is breakfast included?
No, breakfast is extra: about $5, with 7 menus to choose from, à la carte (no buffet). It is served at our restaurant (06:30–10:30).
